The new service vessel of the Port of La Rochelle, dedicated to winter operations, has officially begun construction at Laita Sailing in Quimperlé. Marc’h Bihan has been delivered to the Syndicat Mixte des Ports de Pêche et de Plaisance de Cornouaille (SMPPPC) in Le Guilvinec.Sea trials were carried out under particularly demanding conditions — performance and robustness fully validated! Many thanks to the SMPPPC teams! 👉 Operations are now underway!

The year 2025 marked an important milestone in the development of ARMOR-X, with the ramp-up of our production activities. It also confirmed the establishment of our project management (maîtrise d’œuvre) activity, now fully integrated into our core expertise. This evolution led to strong collaborations, in particular with the Laïta Sailing shipyard. Three joint construction projects

We carried out the stability test of Marc’h Bihan in the Lorient roadstead. These tests were completed successfully and now allow us to approve the vessel’s stability file in full compliance with the regulatory requirements of Division 222. The lifting appliances were tested under both static and dynamic conditions. These tests were validated by Socotec.
